Reportedly unused since refurbished Winkworth model 16Z-63 stainless steel z-blade mixer. Mixing trough measures approximately 400 mm x 400 mm x 350 mm deep. All product contact parts in 316/316L stainless steel. Approximate capacity: 27 to 36 litre working capacity (product dependent). (2) 316/316L stainless steel z-blades driven by a 4 kW, 3/50, 1464/37 rpm geared motor. Unit has stainless steel hinged vacuum rated hood/lid with clamps. External 304/304L stainless steel jacket rated 3.5 bar working pressure at 150 deg. C. Unit includes electrically actuated tilt discharge mechanism.
