Description

Used 1.5” 24/1 L/D Davis Standard pedestal Extruder. Model DS-15, R0385, Shop Order #52609, new 1994. Has a four (4) zone electrically heated and air-cooled barrel. Unit is mounted on a tripod with casters. Has Locking legs and gravity feed hopper. Textron gearbox has a reduction ratio of 15:1 and is rated at 10.2 HP at a service factor of 1. Gearbox is belt driven by a 7.5 HP Reliance 230/460-volt 1775 RPM inverter duty A/C motor with Allen Bradley Powerflex 700 drive. 230/3/60. 60 FLA. Barrel can be raised or lowered and can also tilt for co-extrusion applications. Includes hopper and unitized control panel with Six (6) zones of Eurotherm instruments, 4-barrel and 2 die. C-Clamp on barrel discharge.
