Microbrewery with Capacity 15 hl (Approximately 10 BBL)

Description

Used microbrewery with capacity 15 hl or approximately 10 BBL / brew.

The brewery operated from about 1996 to 2009, then was refurbished in 2018 but not put back into use.

Brewery includes the following equipment:
- 15 hl per brew brewhouse with 2 vessels (mash / lauter tun and kettle) clad in copper.
- (1) 20 hl hot water preparation tank.
- (3) 15 hl fermentation vessels with domed tops and conical bottoms, insulated and equipped with (2) cooling jackets applied respectively to the shell and cone.
- (4) 15 hl maturation tanks with domed tops and bottoms, insulated and equipped with (1) cooling jacket applied to the shell.
- (4) 15 hl storage vessels with domed tops and bottoms, non-insulated, supplied with PED testing for isobaric processing.
- (1) Double-flow heat exchanger.
- Unused and still in original packaging OMT 30kWh, 3A chilled water tank (25,800 kCal accumulation, with compact silenced condenser).
- Cellar electrical panel.
- Original copy of the use and maintenance manuals.
