Extruder Blown Film Line

Used Reifenhauser Kiefel co-extrusion blown film line, new 2012. Line consists of the following: (2) 90mm 32/1 L/D Lowboy extruders, each equipped with 155 kw AC motor with variable frequency drive. Each extruder is equipped with 6-component Plas Control gravimetric feeding system, manual screen changer, and air cooled barrels. (1) 105mm 30/1 L/D Lowboy extruder driven by 184 kw AC motor with variable frequency drive. Unit is equipped with 6-component Plas Control gravimetric feeding system, manual screen changer, and air cooled barrel. 26" stationary die with dual lip air ring (elevated capable) and internal bubble cooling system Bubble cage Approximately 5 ton Euro air cooled chiller Poly Cool with air cooled chiller 2-side treater with 10 kw generator 116" wide rubber to metal nip roll assembly (16"o.d. nip rolls), oscillating design including air turn bars Plas Control inspection station Aluminum roller collapsing frame approximately 16' tall with wooden gusset boards, Servi-motor adjustment for aluminum roller frame. 2-position surface winder for 113" wide x approximately 48" o.d. rolls including bottom nip roll for each station, hoist for the finished roll and auto cut for 3" air cores. Still installed as operated and includes bolted I-beam tower.
