Used 100mm Buss 20/1 L/D, model APC100 18 P70 Ko-Kneader with 230KW DC motor, motor drive & temperature controls. Also includes: (1) Screw type vertical crammer feeder mounted on primary kneader feed throat. (1) 60mm DDS twin screw Horizontal side feeder, (1) Melt pump at kneader discharge. (1) Screen changer, duel bolt design with pump and operator controls, (1) BKG Diverter valve between screen changer and AH2000-BKG underwater pellerizer with controls, water box and die plate, water system pump, reservoir with calrod heater, spin dryer, fines filtration water slide. Also included are associated control panels and all available spare parts and technical documentation. System new in 1997 and updated 2008 with Siemens SPS S7. Last Used PP with approx. 20% filler throughput approx. 550 kg/h. PP with low MFR without filler throughput approx. 570 kg/h
