40 Sq. M., 2600 Litre, Schenk ZHF-S40-C3 Pressure Leaf Filter System

Used Schenk model ZHF-S40-C3 40m2 stainless steel (1.4541) pressure leaf filter system. Vessel 2600 litre volume rated 6 bar pressure at 20deg.C. Filter screen cover was replaced in 2014. Unit was built in 1992 but has only been in operation for one year. Unit is hydro-driven and includes Hilge product pump, automatic CIP cleaning system, spray bar. It can be used as diatomaceous earth and PVPP filter. System includes 450L dosing tank, dosing pump, 3000L stainless steel (1.4301) Stado jacketed tank for PVPP processing. Jacket rated 3 bar at 130 degC, 1200L stainless steel (1.4301) sludge tank rated 0.5 bar, peristaltic pump, (2) candle filters Begerow new 2001, Endres and Hauser Flowmeters.
