Unused Alfa Laval model BDB 104B-14CY stainless steel solids retaining centrifugal separator for biodiesel processing. Bio diesel application with disk stack and solid wall bowl. Open inlet and open outlet for light & heavy phases. Purifier design rotor direct driven by 2.2 kW 3/50 EX rated motor at maximum 7725 rpm. Maximum density of feed 1100 kg/cubic meter with maximum density of sediment 1600 kg/M3 and process temperature 0-100°C. Approximate throughput capacity 1000 liters/hour depending on feed temperature, viscosity and required degree of clarification. Unit rated EX II3 GC T4 electrically safe for zone 2. Reconditioned with 50 hertz gears and includes tools. Delivery 2-3 weeks from date of order.
