Used Line For Filling Washing Powder ACMA 752 With Shrink Tunnel ACMA 369

Used line for filling washing powder into cartons. Line consist of powder filler by ACMA model 752 (IT) and shrink tunnel by ACMA model 369 (IT). Powder filler can works on cartoons with size range: Height from 120 mm up to 270 mm, width from 60 mm up to 175 mm, depth from 20 mm up to 70 mm. Working volume of cartons in range from 200 up to 3000 cm3. Output depends on size of carton and varies from 150 up to 200 pcs/min. Total power consumption 5 kW. Compressed air at 6 bar. After filling, cartons are grouped and wrapped with film in shrink tunnel. Maximal diameter of reel film 350 mm x maximal width 720 mm. Conveyer of cartons is driven by el. motor 3 kW, power supply needed for electric heaters 23 kW. Line had been working on packaging washing powder.
