Used twin shaft dissolver by Kofama type MD1000 (PL). Machine has two stainless steel shafts and equipped with two stainless steel toothed disc agitators, each with diameter 340 mm. Co-rotating discs, each works with 800 rpm. Shafts are belt driven by 37 kW el motor. Ex design. Hydraulic rising. Working volume - machine is designed for work on 1000 l pans. One stainless steel mixing pan is included with machine. Mixer is also equipped with hydraulic press for emptying a pan, hydraulic device for rising/lowering agitator and electric cabinet (control of rotation of agitators).
