37 KW Cutting Mill Inan Plastik Model 45 80 With Accesories

Used cutting mill by Inan Plastik (TU) model 45 80. Mill has top feeding inlet with dimensions 780 mm x 540 mm. Open type rotor with three rows of knives, in total there are six knives mounted. Rotor has diameter 450 mm x width 800 mm and is belt driven by el motor 37 kW, 1475 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz. Mill has a carbon steel screen with perforations diameter 5 mm. Screen is lowered manually, the top of milling chamber and chute are rised hydraulically by device driven by el motor 1.5 kW. Product from milling chamber falls to screw conveyer driven by reducer and el motor 1.5 kW. Mill is mounted inside insulated, soundproof housing with access doors from the front and back. There are also included: a rotary fan driven by el motor 5.5 kW, 2930 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz, and vertical dust filter-cyclone, with bottom discharge through rotary valve. Machine has electric control cabinet and pallet with plastic air pipes. Technical documentation is not included.
