Used Barrel Discharge Unit With Screw Conveyer For Powder Feeding

Second hand unit for discharging barrels with powder, into the screw conveyer. Barrel is tilted manually, through pulley. Unit has feeding inlet with diameter 545 mm. Powder from barrel falls into conical chute, with discharge outlet with manually operated butterfly valve with diameter 200 mm. Next, falls into conical hopper equipped with screw conveyer. Contact parts are designed in stainless steel. Pipe is designed in plastic and has internal diameter 100 mm. Screw is designed in stainless steel and has diameter 90 mm x 90 mm of the screw lead. Working length of the screw is 446 cm. Auger is driven by el. motor 1.35 kW, 1420 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz, in Ex design (Ex N II T3), via gearbox with reduction rate i=3.9. All is mounted on carbon steel supporting construction. Last time used in chemical industry.
