Used stainless steel twin paddle mixer by Karl Schnell (DE) type 740. Total volume of mixing chamber 3300 l. Working volume about 2300 l. Mixing chamber has internal dimensions: W 180 cm x L 190 cm x D 108 cm. Top open. Mixer has two shafts each equipped with 7 welded paddles. Each shaft is chain driven via gearbox and el motor 10/7.5 kW, 2900/1450 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of shafts 61/30 rpm. Discharge through two outlets in front wall, each equipped with pneumatically operated lid. Mixer has local control panel and is mounted on four stainless steel legs. Last time used in food industry.
