Second hand boiling pan by Lozamet (Poland) type KEP 30.1. Working volume 30 l. Tank has a internal diameter 355 mm x length of straight side of wall 330 mm. Designed in stainless steel. Tank has bottom and side walls layered with heating jacket up to height 220 mm. Jacket is designed for work on pressure up to 2 bar and temperature up to 137 C. There are three electrical heaters installed inside the jacket. Total power consumption 7.5 kW. Pan has manually tilt discharge. Installed on stainless steel table. Includes local control panel with start/stop switch and control of electrical heating. Shipping dimensions: 690 x 460 x 890 mm x weight 50 kg.
