Used stainless steel continuous fluid bed dryer by Ventilex (Netherlands) type FBD/C 2.0/1.0. Dryer has a fluid bed with dimensions: width 990 mm x length 1580 mm + section at discharge with trapezium shape - dimensions: width 600 mm x length 260 mm. Total surface of fluid bed is 1.7 M2. Feeding inlet has dimensions 460 mm x 1200 mm. Discharge has a width 600 mm and is equipped with Rotary air lock, driven by gearbox and EL. Motor 0.55 kW, 230/400 V, 1400 rpm. Bottom, side wall, air connection has dimensions 295 mm x 845 mm. Dryer has top located air outlet with diameter 630 mm, and side wall inspection manway with dimensions 595 mm x 394 mm with bolted plexiglass window.
