Used Netzsch model PMB VC2500 stainless steel variable capacity pre-mix disperser. Approximately 600-2500 litre working capacity. Has welded conical bottom and bolted dished top heads. Unit has top entry stainless steel 3-tier 4-blade pitched paddle agitator direct driven by 7.5 kW 415 volt 3/50 1435 rpm motor via Renold model PM60 gearbox rated 48.2/1 reduction ratio. Has bottom entry stainless steel scraped surface agitator belt driven by 7.5 kW motor 3/50 1440 rpm motor via Renold model SMH8 gearbox rated 25/1 reduction ratio. Has external heating/cooling jacket. Floor mounted with bottom discharge. Last used on pigments.
