Used Nikro spol. s r.o. (Slovakia) 5 000 total capacity polished stainless steel vertical reactor/stirring vessel. Has bolted dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rated 2 bar maximum pressure and 130°C maximum internal temperature. Stainless steel jacket capacity 247 litre rated 2 bar maximum pressure and 90°C maximum temperature. Jacket is insulated by black foam rubber and claded by polished stainless steel plate. Welded frame agitator with teflon wall scrappers rotates 3,4 rpm and driven through Nord model SK6382VF-90 L/6 gear box by 1,10kW/50Hz/400V/1375rpm eL. motor. Has Anga mechanical seal on the shaft. Top head clamp type of connections. Central bottom discharge DN50 clamp type. Mounted on (5) stainless steel legs.
