Joshua Greaves 1,000 dual action stainless steel mixer approximately 1000 litre capacity. Unit has a welded dished bottom and bolted dished top. Unit is rated atmospheric internally and 3.0bar working pressure in the jacket at 80 degC. Unit has a central anchor agitator driven by a 1.5kW motor operating at 1461rpm. Unit has a general purpose off centre high shear agitator driven by a 7.5kW motor operating at 2890rpm. Unit includes a ICS Cool Energy iC 220 ICS 50Hz water chiller. Unit also includes a MAL Pumps Ltd peristaltic feed pump. Unit is mounted on (4) stainless steel legs.
