Description

Used Winkworth model ZX500-6 stainless steel jacketed z-blade mixer / extruder. Approximate working capacity 500 litre with total capacity 778 litre (product dependent). 304 stainless steel chamber measures approximately 1,090mm long x 956mm wide x 735mm deep. Unit has domed hood/lid with clamps. 304 stainless steel external jacket. Each Z-blade driven by 30kw motor/gearbox. Stainless steel screw discharge driven by 22kw motor/gearbox. Unit includes control panel. Includes (1) used Tool Temp model TT-14500 H and (1) Used Tool Temp model TT-508 X heater/cooling units. Also includes (3) Hydac oil coolers mounted on common frame. Unit has main control unit and local operator controls.
