Approximate working capacity 500 litres with total capacity 778 litres (product dependent). 304 stainless steel chamber measures approximately 1,090 mm long x 956 mm wide x 735 mm deep. Unit has vacuum-rated domed hood/lid. 304 stainless steel external jacket. Each Z-blade driven by a 30 kW motor/gearbox. Stainless steel screw discharge driven by a 22 kW motor/gearbox. Unit includes control panel.
