This stainless steel reactor, manufactured by E. Bachiller in 2003, features a Klopper-shaped top and bottom and is constructed from 316/316L stainless steel. It has a total capacity of 14,100 litres, with a half-coil (or half-shank) volume of 340 litres designed to withstand a pressure of 10 bar. The vessel itself is rated for working pressures of -1 to +3 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 150 °C. The reactor is mounted on four gussets and includes a Klopper upper head with a 325 mm diameter stirring port and a 495 mm diameter manhole. It is equipped with multiple connections: DN25 and DN50 lateral nozzles, DN50 and DN80 outlets at the bottom, and five DN25 flanges, ten DN50 flanges, as well as DN80, DN100, and DN150 flanged connections on the top. The cylindrical shell height measures 2,450 mm, with an overall width of 3,000 mm, a total height of 4,300 mm, and an approximate weight of 2,800 kg. The unit does not include an agitator.
