Description

Unused Briggs of Burton approximately 1,200 litre 316/316L stainless steel process vessel. The unit measures approximately 1,200mm in diameter x 870mm straight side. The unit has a bolted dished top and a welded hemispherical bottom head. Internally rated for 10 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -20 to 210 °C. Externally, a 304/304L stainless steel jacketed shell rated for 10 bar/full vacuum design pressure at -20 to 210 °C. The unit has a top entry 316/316L stainless steel gate-type agitator fitted with PTFE wall scrapers, driven by an 11 kW motor/gearbox. The unit includes a bottom entry Silverson model BE600 316/316L stainless steel emulsifier driven by a 22 kW motor. The unit is mounted on 304/304L stainless steel legs.
