100" Wide Coating/Saturation Line

Description

Used approximately 100" (2,540 mm) wide coating/saturation line built in 2016, engineered for multi-chemistry saturation, thermal drying, with integrated emissions control. Originally designed for paper rolls with a basis weight range of 50–280 gsm, the line has been validated on an 80–225 gsm range.

Applicator Type: Double-kiss roll. Two outer rolls coat two inner rolls. Allows dual-side chemistry and pickup control
Drying System: Eight identical-length floating bed convection dryers (EHA), with independent temperature and airflow control per section
VOC Control: Thermal oxidiser operating at 2,000–3,000°F (1,093–1,649°C)
Energy Efficiency: Integrated steam recovery from thermal oxidiser
