Edible Oil Refinery with Capacity 160 Tons/Day

Description

Used edible oil refinery and filling line.
- The refinery section has a capacity of 150 tonnes/day and was commissioned in 1997. In 2005/06, the bleaching and winterisation sections were put into operation, and in 2010 the capacity was increased.
Major equipment includes (2) GEA Westfalia separators type RTC 150 51 076 made in 2009 and (1) Westfalia separator type RTA 50 01 076 made in 1997; bleaching and winterisation equipment made by Amafilter in 2004; Kirchfeld deodorisation equipment made in 1997; crystallisers made by Korting in 2009; water treatment equipment made between 2003 and 2017.
- The filling line has a capacity of 5,800 bottles per hour and consists of equipment made by Sapi, Acma and Domino in 2004/05.
