Description

Used 5.67 metre (223") wide VOITH paper machine with a capacity of 700 TPD (at 80 gsm). Consists of the Forming section (2 PLY) plus top former. Tri-nip shoe press, offset press, single tier & multi dryer, film size press. Paper grades: printing and writing paper 60-160 gsm (Main: 70-120 gsm). Trim width is 5,250 mm or 206". Design speed 1200 m/min (3937 fpm). Equipped with Hydraulic Head Box, VOITH 2008.8 hybrid former. Has a total of 47 drying cylinders with a diameter of 1.82 m (71"). Winder: Jegenberg Vari-Step 65, 2200 m/min (7217 fpm) with 11 slitter knives, core size 3" & 6" (76 & 152 mm) with spool stand.
