Used 110" (2.8 m) wide Atlas TDW slitter-rewinder designed to slit paper grades between 80-200 GSM, tension 8 PLI, with a speed of 4900 feet/min (1500 m/min). Unwind maximum roll diameter is 59" (1500 mm) and maximum width is 110" (2800 mm). Rewind maximum roll diameter is 72" (1830 mm) and maximum width 110" (2800 mm). Normal running speed is 1000 RPM. Can slit up to seven webs across. Hydraulic pressure 155 bar, pneumatic pressure 6 bar. Rated to 415 V, 315 A. PLC controls Siemens S7. The unit was built in 2006.
