Hydrogen SMR Plant 80000 scfh

Description

Used Hydro-Chem hydrogen gas plant. Capacity 1.9 MMSCFD (80,000 scfh or 2100 Nm³/hr). The plant was built and operated until 2021. It was maintained under a nitrogen blanket until removal in the fourth quarter of 2021. The reformer has 20 tubes (3.75" diameter), incorporates a 4-bed PSA system, and a waste heat export boiler. The plant also produced export steam at 270 psig and 7,700 BTU/lb. The plant is in very good condition and was maintained and serviced annually. The design is SMR type (steam methane reforming). Complete plant including controls, PLC HMI, programming, manuals, and all "as built" drawings. The plant was designed using natural gas at 258 psig, so no natural gas compressor was required.
