Used installation for shock freezing with reported output up to 35000 kg per day. Line consist of: 4 units of plate freezers, each with batch 1000 kg. Time for freezing one batch up to 2 hours, depending on temperature of product. Final product temperature in range from -15C to -18C. Cooling system includes two compressors by Frascold (IT) type NRL5-100-360Y working on cooling factor freon 404A. Includes tanks, pumps and piping. Line is still working.
