Used installation for shock freezing with a reported output of up to 35,000 kg per day. The line consists of: 4 plate freezer units, each with a batch capacity of 1,000 kg. Time to freeze one batch is up to 2 hours, depending on the product temperature. Final product temperature ranges from -15°C to -18°C. The cooling system includes two compressors by Frascold (IT), type NRL5-100-360Y, operating with refrigerant R404A. Includes tanks, pumps and piping. The line is still operational.
