89,520 Litre ZVU Strojirny, 6 Bar/FV Internal, 10 Bar/FV Jacket, 316L Stainless Steel Reactor

Description

Unused ZVU Strojirny vertical reactor with an approximate total capacity of 89,520 litres and a working capacity of 73,500 litres, made from 316L stainless steel. The unit measures approximately 4,100 mm internal diameter x 5,750 mm straight side (tangential to tangential). It has welded dished top and bottom heads. The internal design pressure is rated at 6 bar/full vacuum at 170°C. The unit is fitted with an external half-pipe coil jacket on the bottom half of the straight side and the bottom dished head, rated at 10 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 170°C. It features a top-entry 316L stainless steel 4-blade agitator, driven by an ABB 350 kW, 1500 rpm, 3-phase 50 Hz motor through an SPX Flow type 7000N350V gearbox with a reduction ratio of 7.94:1, giving an output speed of approximately 189 rpm. The reactor body is mounted on four 304 stainless steel side supports. The unit was built in 2021 and is currently stored under nitrogen purge.
