Description

Used dissolver by Drais (DE), model RN 3-45 AS VAC. Contact parts are made of carbon steel. The machine is designed for operation under vacuum. The mixer has a single shaft with a working length of 105 cm and a toothed disc with a diameter of 690 mm. The shaft is driven by an electric motor of 45 kW, 1460 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 Hz. The working rotation speed of the shaft is up to 600 rpm. The mixer also has a side wall scraper, driven by an electric motor of 1.5 kW, 1410 rpm, 440 V, 50 Hz, and a gearbox. The working rotation speed of the scraper is up to 26 rpm. The machine has a top cover and a mixing pan with a total volume of 2000 litres. The mixing pan has an internal diameter of 1465 mm and a length of the straight side wall of 1160 mm. The mixing pan has two side wall discharge outlets with valves, and bottom supports for handling with a forklift. The dissolver is raised/lowered hydraulically, with a lift height of up to 145 cm. The hydraulic pack is driven by an electric motor of 1.5 kW, 1420 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 Hz. The mixer is equipped with a vacuum pump by Tepro (PL) and a local control panel.
