Description

Used stainless steel horizontal screw conveyor by Van Beek BV (NL) type "U", model TR300. Width of the trough 315 mm. Screw has a diameter of 300 mm, lead of the screw 270 mm, total length of the screw 290 cm. Conveyor has two inlets, each with a diameter of 298 mm, and a rotary magnetic separator by Goudsmit Magnetic Systems (NL). Each separator is driven by an electric motor and reducer, 0.18 kW, 1320/21 rpm, 220-240/380-415 V, 50 Hz. Spacing between the centre axes of each inlet is 145 cm. Conveyor also has two rectangular discharge outlets, each with dimensions: 240 mm x 250 mm. Spacing between the centres of the discharge outlets – 250 cm. Screw is driven via reducer and electric motor, 2.2 kW, 220-240/380-415 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation of the screw up to 64 rpm. The machine was last used in the food industry as a collector of powdered products from two vibrating screens.
