100 L Used Two Shaft Dissolver By Vollrath Model VDDX 15 With Mixing Pan

Description

Used two-shaft dissolver by Vollrath (DE), model VDDX 15. The machine has two shafts, each 69 cm in length. The centres of the shafts are 165 mm apart. One shaft is fitted with two toothed discs, each with a diameter of 170 mm – the distance between the discs is 5 cm. The second shaft has one toothed disc with a diameter of 170 mm. The shafts are belt-driven by an electric motor of 10 kW, 1465 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz, Ex-proof design (EExeIIte). The working rotation speed of the shafts is mechanically adjustable up to 3000 rpm. The dissolver also has a baffle/scraper agitator, with a manually adjustable position. It is raised mechanically, driven by a gearbox and an electric motor of 0.55 kW. The mixer is equipped with a stainless steel mixing pan with a diameter of 600 mm and a length of the straight side wall of 470 mm. Total volume is about 130 litres, working volume – 100 litres. The discharge outlet is on the side wall, equipped with a manually operated valve. The mixing pan is mounted on a carbon steel mobile cart. The tank can rotate or be locked by a bolt.
