Used Vertical Stainless Steel Mixing Tank With Ribbon Agitator

Description

Used vertical stainless steel mixing process vessel by T:mi Velj. Vaahto / Lahti (FI). Tank has a total volume of 1000 litres and is equipped with a heating jacket with a volume of 300 litres. The heating jacket covers the bottom and approximately 60 cm of the straight side wall. The tank is rated for operation at pressures up to 2.4 bar. The jacket is rated for operation at pressures up to 7.8 bar. The top is bolted, with an inspection manway measuring 400 mm x 345 mm and a bolted lid. A shaft with a ribbon-type agitator is mounted, driven by a gearbox and electric motor 17/14 kW, 2910/1450 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. The working speed of the agitator is 33/16.5 rpm. The bottom is welded with a central discharge outlet. The tank is equipped with a stainless steel working platform and two legs.
