Used Vertical Stainless Steel Mixing Tank With Ribbon Agitator

Used vertical stainless steel mixing process vessel by T:mi Velj. Vaahto / Lahti (FI) . Tank has total volume 1000 l and is equipped with heating jacket with volume 300 l. Heating jacket is covering bottom and about 60 cm of straight side of the wall. Tank is rated for work on pressure up to 2.4 bar. Jacket is rated for work on pressure up to 7,8 bar. Top bolted, has inspection manway with dimensions 400 mm x 345 mm and bolted lid. There is mounted shaft with ribbon type agitator driven by gearbox and el. motor 17/14 kW, 2910/1450 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation of agitator 33/16.5 rpm. Bottom welded with central discharge outlet. Tank is equipped with stainless steel working platform and two legs.
