335 L Vertical Stainless Steel Aseptic Design Reactor Unimix Haagen & Rinau

Description

Used vertical stainless steel AISI 316L aseptic reactor with a total capacity of 335 litres by Unimix Haagen & Rinau (DE). The reactor has a working volume of 250 litres and is designed to operate at pressures ranging from -1 to 3 bar and temperatures up to 143 °C. Internal dimensions: diameter 750 mm, length of straight wall section 600 mm. The heating and cooling jacket, made of stainless steel AISI 304, has a capacity of 29 litres and is designed to operate at pressures up to 4 bar and temperatures up to 151 °C. The jacket is insulated and clad with stainless steel sheet. The reactor has a welded dished top equipped with an inspection manway, with an internal diameter of 400 mm. The reactor has a welded dished bottom, with a central discharge outlet and pneumatically operated valve. At the bottom there is a magnetic stirrer, driven by a gearbox and electric motor with a power of 0.18 kW, 1380 rpm, 50 Hz. Working rotation speed of agitator up to 184 rpm.
