New Timmermann model RVS680-Vo197.4-L6000/2pp+c approximately 197.4 sq m 316 Stainless Steel Vertical Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. The unit has (499) 316 stainless steel tubes which measure approximately 21.3 mm diameter x 6000 mm long, capacity 1010 litres, rated 16 bar at 100 °C. Tube thickness is 1.6 mm. The 316 Stainless Steel shell measures approximately 680 mm x 7080 mm, capacity 980 litres, rated 12 bar at 100 °C. The unit has (2) 316L (1.4404) stainless steel heads, single pass expansion bellows. Nozzle Schedule: openings tube side: (1) head with 150 mm, (1) head with 150 mm, shell: 2 x 150 mm. Heat exchanger is CE marked.
