Powdered Milk Factory

Description

Used powdered milk factory originally built in 1974, but renovated during 2015/16. The plant produced whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder and whey powder. The plant includes the following:
- Evaporator with a capacity of 10,000 litres/hour.
- Powder drying tower with a capacity of 1,000 kg/hour.
- Powder mixing plant including sack/big bag unloading and bag filling equipment. There are three fillers, of which one filler is for bags sized 400g to 5kg, one filler is for bags sized 5kg to 30kg, and one filler is for 600kg to 1,000kg. Capacity depends on filling format, but for bags sized 400g to 5kg, capacity is approximately 9,000 kg per shift.
