3896 kW, 15000 V, 50 Hz MTU Cogeneration Plant

Description

Used cogeneration plant with output rated at 3896 kW / 4870 kVA, consisting of two MTU natural gas synchronous generators rated at 1948 kW / 2435 kVA each.

Plant includes:
- Two MTU model 20V-4000L62 natural gas engines with nominal power of 2000 kW, 1500 RPM, and ABB TPS 52 turbochargers. Both units were manufactured in 2010; unit 1 has 44,198 hours of use and unit 2 has 42,699 hours of use.
- Two Stamford model LVS I 804 S2 generators, nominal voltage 400 V, power 2790 kVA. Both units were manufactured in 2010; unit 1 has 44,198 hours of use and unit 2 has 42,699 hours of use.
- Two Siemens main transformers of 2500 kVA 0.4/15 kV and one auxiliary transformer of 250 kVA 0.4/15 kV.
- Metering system.
- 15 kV underground line connected to the switchgear station.
- Alternator.
- Ambitermo steam recovery boiler, horizontal gas-tube type, with power 932 kW, heating surface area 33.255 m², steam production 1410 kg/h, operating volume 6009.36 litres.
- Grundfos model CR1-27 water supply system with flow rate 1.8 m³/hour.
- Boiler control PLC.
- Low temperature cooling system, high temperature cooling system, plate heat exchanger, circulation pump, cooling module.
- Control room.
