Bottling Line made by Machinery Automation

Description

Semi-automatic bottling line with only 12 months of use. Manufactured by Machinery Automation in the UK with a capacity of 2400 bottles per hour. Last used for tea-based cocktail drinks.
Equipment includes:
- Compact 4-head filler with capacity 1500 - 3000 bottles per hour, fill nozzle diameter 8mm (6mm optional), power 220V 50Hz 250W, air requirement 0.3-0.4 MPa.
- Compact screw capper with cork press option, capacity up to 2400 bottles per hour. Suitable for screw caps, trigger sprays, foamer, droppers, pre-formed ROPP. Cap diameters 18-70mm, bottle height 60-270mm.
- Compact labeller with capacity up to 3000 bottles per hour. Label dimensions: length 25-300mm, height 15-140mm. Product size: diameter 30-140mm, height 25-350mm.
- Desktop capsule heat shrink machine suitable for shrinking PVC, PP and POF films. Working speed 1-15 pieces per minute, bottle heights 200-350mm, bottle diameters 70-80mm.
- In-bottle 9kW pasteuriser. Fits approximately 180 x 300ml wide-based bottles.
- Air compressor for use with filler and capper.
- 500 litre tank.
- Heat shrink capsule machine.
