Description

Used PSV vertical stainless steel reactor with an approximate working capacity of 4,000 litres and an approximate total capacity of 6,300 litres (product dependent). The unit has welded dished top and bottom heads. It measures approximately 1,800 mm in diameter by 2,450 mm straight side. Internally rated for 6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 130°C. Externally, the stainless steel coil jacket is rated for 9 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 185°C. The unit has external stainless steel cladding. It features a top-entry stainless steel 2-tier, 4-blade pitched blade agitator driven by a motor and gearbox. The unit has four stainless steel internal wall-mounted baffles.
