400 Litre 3.46 Bar/FV Internal, 6.6 bar/FV Jacket 316 Stainless Steel Reactor

Description

Used Bibby vertical reactor with an approximate capacity of 400 litres, made from 316 stainless steel. The unit features a bolted dished top head and a welded dished bottom head. Dimensions are approximately 750 mm diameter by 950 mm straight side. Internally rated for 3.46 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 100°C. The external 316 stainless steel jacket is rated for 6.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 100°C. The unit is equipped with a top-entry stainless steel agitator, driven by a Lightnin model LS25V. It is mounted on side support lugs.
