Used Stainless Process Systems approximately 50 litre (13 US Gallon) stainless steel vertical reactor. Unit measures approximately 500mm diameter x 300mm straight side. Unit has welded dished bottom and clamped dished top head. Internal originally rated 75psi (5.17bar) maximum allowable working pressure at -20 to 350 deg.f. (-28 to 176 deg.c.) Unit re-rated in 2015 to 100psi (6.89bar) maximum allowable working pressure at 350 deg.f. (176 deg.c.). External stainless steel jacket rated 90psi (6.20 bar) / full vacuum maximum allowable working pressure at 350 deg.f. (176 deg.c.). Unit has bottom entry Steridose magnetic coupled agitator driven by Baldor 0.37hp, 1730rpm electric motor. Unit includes local control panel. Mounted on mobile stainless steel trolley.
