Used Giusti 2,500 litre stainless steel mixing vessel. Internal dimensions approximately 1100mm diameter x 2400mm straight side. Features welded dished top and bottom heads. Internally rated for 2 bar design pressure at 20°C. Equipped with an offset 3-blade pitched paddle agitator, directly driven by a 0.75 kW 415 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 142–1420 rpm motor via a Lightnin model LS-75 gearbox. Mounted on four legs.
