Used approximately 1,200 litre stainless steel ribbon blender. Mixing trough approximately 770 mm wide x 2,000 mm long x 800 mm deep. Single interrupted ribbon driven by a 4 kW 230/400 volt 3 phase 50 Hz 1,440 rpm motor via a David Brown Radicon gearbox ratio 35.54 with an output of 41 rpm.
