Wood biomass cogeneration power plant 5000 KW

Description

Used biomass cogeneration plant with an electrical capacity of 5 MW or 5000 kW.
Two boilers with steam parameters: 45 bar, 420°C, 25 t/h (2 x 12.5 t/h). Fuel type: wood chips with a moisture content above 50%. Condensing steam turbo generator electrical output: 5 MW (MAN-Turbo). Turbine is equipped with extraction: 2.4 bar (0–20 t/h). Air-cooled condenser. Generator: 6,250 kVA, 6.3 kV, 50 Hz – Schorch/LDW. Emission cleaning system parameters comply with EU standards. Fuel preparation and feeding system included, as well as control room, cyclones and other auxiliary equipment. Plant was commissioned in 2000 and operated until 2014.
