Description

Used Shanghai Shengli Machinery Manufacture model LDH-1.5P, stainless steel ploughshare mixer. Has a total capacity of 1500 litres and an approximate working capacity of 600–900 litres. The stainless steel mixing chamber has a diameter of approximately 980 mm and a length of 1950 mm, with two side feeding/inspection hatches measuring 480 mm x 380 mm, as well as three top inlets: two with a diameter of 200 mm and one with a diameter of 300 mm. Bolted ploughshare mixing blades are belt-driven by a 37 kW, 50 Hz motor. Standard rope-type sealing is fitted on the horizontal shaft. It has three choppers directly driven by 5.5 kW, 50 Hz, 380 V, 1460 RPM electric motors. There is a rectangular central bottom outlet measuring 180 mm x 530 mm with a manually operated clack valve. Includes a control panel with frequency converter, and a carbon steel base.
