Used Brogli & Co model "Multi Homo" MH 500 C stainless steel vacuum homogeniser. Jacketed mixing vessel has a total capacity of 568 litres, approximately 500 litres working capacity. Central discharge with manual valve. Internal rated +0.5/-1 bar maximum pressure at 120°C maximum temperature. Stainless steel jacket has a volume of 65 litres, rated 1 bar maximum pressure at 120°C maximum temperature. Features the "Multi Homo" mixing system – (1) homogeniser 1500/3000 rpm, (1) anchor agitator with scrapers 14/28 rpm, and (1) ribbon agitator 22.1/44.2 rpm. Anchor agitator and ribbon agitator are driven by a 6.4/8.2 kW, 1450/2900 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz electric motor. Homogeniser is driven by an 8.5/11 kW, 1470/2920 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz electric motor. Mixing shafts are sealed by a mechanical seal. The lid is equipped with inlets, light, inspection sight glass and is raised or lowered by an electric motor.
