Description

Used Hosokawa Micron model 5-VDC-23 stainless steel (316) conical vacuum mixer dryer. Maximum working capacity 500 litres based on water filling and 430 litres working capacity for powder solids. Total conical vessel capacity 1615 litres. Flange top bolted type of conical vessel. Internal rated 0.015 bar design pressure at 90°C. Unit has external stainless steel jacket rated 1 bar design pressure at 130°C. Stainless steel cantilevered mixing screw top driven by a 2.5 kW motor and stainless steel orbit arm top driven by a 0.25 kW motor. Includes stainless steel bottom outlet ball valve. Unit is mounted on three lugs. Also includes Hosokawa Micron model VF1 vacuum filter/dust collector. Also includes local operator's control panel.
