The volume of the tank is 381 litres, volume of the jacket 49 litres. Main drive is 35 kW. Maximum working pressure in the tank 2 bar, 90 degrees Celsius; in the jacket 0.5 bar, 90 degrees Celsius. Overall dimensions – 1400 x 1800 x 2700 mm (L x W x H). The machine is designed for the confectionery industry and can be used on creams, fillings, glazes, chocolate, and other confectionery masses. A 1000-litre premixer is available at an additional cost.
