Description

Used 500 cu.ft. American Process Systems double ribbon blender model DRB515, serial number 1628. Blender has approximately 500 cu.ft. working capacity, steel construction, non-jacketed trough. Ribbon trough is 72" wide by 193" long, equipped with a centre bottom outlet with manual slide gate valve approximately 15" O.D. Outer ribbon approximately 2.5" wide, inner ribbon approximately 3" wide. Includes top lid, currently mounted on legs providing approximately 33" discharge height. Directly connected to a 75 HP gearhead motor, 480 volt input, and equipped with a Siemens AC variable frequency controller (soft start). Previously used on scrap plastic PP flake.
