Used Maule mechanical dispersing system with a capacity of 60 TPD. This three-stage design system is equipped with the following main equipment:
a. Screw conveyor, starting concentration 3.5%, final concentration 8%, two parallel screw conveyors, each rated at 11 kW.
b. Screw compactor – starting concentration 8%, final concentration 25–30%, 55 kW drive.
c. Screw disperser with a 110 kW drive.
Also equipped with manual valves and a stable level box.
