Used Krupp / Kuggler / Krones 1 L PET bottle forming and filling line. New in 1996. Consists of the following equipment: PET blower, manufactured by Krupp CORPOPLAST in 1996, capacity 3500 BPH, 4 moulds; filling machine type Kuggler with 8 linear heads, volumetric filling, capacity 4000 BPH, with a product buffer of 200 L; capper type Kuggler with vibration head, push-on caps only, capacity 4100 BPH; labelling machine with precut labels, Krones Rotina K47, capacity 4500 BPH with cold adhesive Syntac 6834; shrink wrapper, format 2x3 bottles, 420x0.06 mm shrink film, capacity 5000 BPH. Pneumatic bottle conveyor. Line has approximately 60,000 running hours. Used for edible oil. Also suitable for other products – still water, non-carbonated soft drinks, lower viscosity fruit and vegetable juices.
